Embracing life's final journey.
Mountain View Centers provides care to all stages of Alzheimer’s and other memory-impairing diseases. Supervision is required in the early stage, care and managing behavior in the mid-stage, and hospice care in a later stage.
When Alzheimer’s patients are at the end stage of their life, hospice care and palliative care are offered to allow the patient to continue to live comfortably and maintain their dignity.
Palliative care
(pronounced pal-lee-uh-tiv) is specialized medical care for those with serious illnesses. At Mountain View Centers, we focus on providing patients with relief from the symptoms, pain, and stress of a serious illness. We hope to improve the quality of life for both the patient and the family.
Hospice Care
helps family members manage the practical details and emotional challenges of caring for a dying loved one. Hospice and palliative care is a combination of the two, as needed. With hospice and palliative care, the patients, caregivers, family, and friends get peace of mind when they need it most. It’s about humane and compassionate care.
Hospice services are often provided by a hospice agency in conjunction with Mountain View Staff. Hospice services include:
- Hospice nurse
- Support staff

In addition, medical supplies, equipment, therapies, and medication will be provided as ordered by the physician.
